Limehouse Town Hall comprises a series of smaller rooms in addition to its main hall. Office facilities are provided for a range of small arts and community organisations. The Town Hall hosts a range of creative activities in its grand hall including plays, strange things with electricity, and a monthly bike maintenance workshop.

Current creative residents include: Stitches in Time, FabricWorks, The Boxing Club (a collective of artists and cultural producers),  ArtSpokes, The Space Hijackers, Primal Pictures, Students for a Free Tibet and Equilibrium.

Former creative residents have included: Mute Magazine, Squash, Interlude Magazine, The Limehouse Project, Suzi High, Emily Wardhill, Jacob Dahl Jurgensen, Rory MacBeth and the School of Everything.
